GIAI ĐOẠN 1. THIẾT KẾ SƠ BỘ
Create visual 3D models to explain design intent drawings.
Overall analysis of the project, wind and sunlight direction, feng shui, and techniques. Arrangement of floor plans and furniture, functional explanations, and design notes.
Illustration of interior material sample space, architectural space for better understanding. Print the overall idea file: Send 1 set of color prints and send the PDF file by Mail.
PHASE 2. BASIC DESIGN
After agreeing on the final idea, both parties sign the agreement.
We will develop a concept development profile for customers, including: Floor plan, section, elevation of the project: Prepare legal documents to submit to the Construction Permit Office, provide a certificate of practice of legal design and construction, to submit to the Construction Permit Office.
If construction permit costs are incurred, we will take care of them directly for the customer.
PHASE 3. CONSTRUCTION TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS
After the legal documents of the Construction Permit Application are granted, our company will proceed to develop the technical construction documents including the following detailed items: Architectural documents (Plans, elevations, sections and perspectives of the project).
Detailed profile (Sanitation details, ladder details, handrail details, molding details...).
Description file (Floor plan, ceiling light plan, furniture location plan).
Steel structure calculation file
Design documents for electricity, air conditioning, internet, etc.
Water supply and drainage design documents
Lightning protection, fire alarm, smoke alarm, camera design drawings (according to customer needs if any).
